Welcome to Lia Candeloro Coaching. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of liacandeloro.com (the "Site") and any coaching, breathwork, or related services ("Services") provided by Lia Candeloro LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who These Services Are For

Our Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By booking a session, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

We offer 1:1 transformational coaching, somatic breathwork sessions, Spot Sessions, workshops, and related services as described on our Site. Specific service inclusions (such as our 6-month coaching container, its bonuses, and add-on sessions) are further detailed in your individual coaching agreement, which governs your specific engagement alongside these Terms.

Coaching and breathwork are not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health counseling. See our Disclaimer for more detail on the scope and limits of our Services.

3. Payment Terms

All service engagements, including coaching containers, Spot Sessions, and breathwork sessions, are governed by an individual signed agreement between Coach and Client. That agreement sets out the specific investment, payment schedule, and any applicable late payment terms for your engagement. Payments are processed through our scheduling and billing platform, Dubsado, and its integrated payment processor.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling policies, including notice requirements and any forfeiture terms, are set out in your individual signed agreement for each service. Please refer to that agreement for the specific policy that applies to your engagement.

5. Client Responsibilities

By booking a Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your health, circumstances, and goals as relevant to your sessions
• Disclose any physical or mental health conditions that may be relevant to breathwork or somatic practices, prior to participating
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions taken as a result of coaching or breathwork sessions
• Seek appropriate medical or mental health care when needed, independent of our Services

6. Assumption of Risk

Breathwork and somatic practices involve physical and emotional processes that may bring up intense sensations, emotions, or memories. By participating, you acknowledge these possibilities and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participation. Please review our Disclaimer for specific health-related contraindications before booking a breathwork session.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Coaching and breathwork outcomes vary by individual and depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, income, relationship, health, or otherwise, from participating in our Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including written materials, worksheets, frameworks (including the Illuminate, Integrate, Become method), and branding, is the property of Lia Candeloro LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lia Candeloro LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or Site. Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services to any individual at our discretion, including in cases of non-payment, safety concerns, or a determination that our Services are not appropriate for your needs. Refunds, if any, in such cases are governed by your individual coaching agreement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
